London: A 25-year-old student from Telangana, S. Srinath Reddy, was found dead in his room in London on June 23, just over a year after moving to the UK for higher studies.
His family said he had attended a friend’s birthday party the previous night and had spoken to them over the phone, sounding cheerful. According to relatives, his roommate later found him dead, with reports suggesting he died by hanging.
The family has raised questions over the circumstances of his death and alleged there was a delay in informing others. They have urged the Central and Telangana governments to help bring his body back to India and ensure a thorough investigation.
